Roofing Company Vehicle Wraps; the “Reasoning” Behind Their Design
A few years ago, Brandstetter Roofing, better known in the Cincinnati area as Kanga Roof, decided to implement vehicle wraps into their marketing efforts. They had an idea, one that would take advantage of the “four billboards” a vehicle wrap provides. They wanted to create two different designs, one for the passenger side of their vehicle wrap, the other for the driver side, while still keeping the brand consistent from one side to the next. The rest was history..
Why would they want to wrap two different designs on the same vehicles? They knew:
- Their vehicles would be seen by 30,000-70,000 people each week
- These vehicles are oftentimes in neighborhoods (and addresses are hard to find!)
- Neighbors are nosy
- If a consumer sees a blue Kanga Roof vehicle wrap go by, and then sees an orange vehicle wrap five minutes later (because it turned around looking for the right address), one believes they have just seen 2 different vehicles!
- Perception (which is reality right?) makes your company appear bigger than it really is, which is a good thing right?
