Position Overview/Purpose:

Responsible growth initiatives and commercial performance of projects, programs, and other opportunities in the Transit/Media Advertising markets reporting to the CEO. In this visible leadership role, the Asset Development Manager will have direct accountability for growth objectives in in targeted and projected markets.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

  •  Develop and lead major initiatives of each project assigned.
  • Develop and lead analysis, budget, and timelines for each project.
  • Partner with CEO and the VP of Sales to evaluate current and future targets.
  • Investigate new opportunities through competitive assessment.
  • Provide an interactive/informative dialogue between Sales, Operations, and Finance to constantly evaluate the state of each market currently served and discussing barriers to success.
  • Standardize and maintain SOP’s for the asset development department.
  • Work with employees, contractors, and sub-contractors to plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with ongoing projects. ​
  • Responsible for all safety and permitting for all projects.
  • Partner with Sales to develop leads and strategies to position our RFP to win in the market.
  •  Develops and holds team accountable to the timeline required.
  • Development and implementation of an action plan for a new market or new asset with roles and duties assigned.
  • Develop and maintain database of contractors and sub-contractors pre-approved for work.
  • Meeting and exceeding goals and budgets for each project.
  • New inventory added to system as needed.
  • New office locations scouted; Criteria for new office added to SOP.
  • Quoting for new assets.
  • Presentations for meetings concerning new assets.

Supervision Received:

  • Supervision by CEO.

Supervision Exercised:

  • Lead teams and hold to timeline requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field of study.
  • Minimum of 2 years Project Management or Business Development.
  • Experience with developing contracts or procurement within the government sector highly desirable.
  • Self-starter with desire to foster a sense of urgency when addressing concerns.
  • Proven track record of delivering against goals.
  • Independent thinking is required as well as resilience, passion, and high-energy.
  • Must demonstrate strong analytical and excellent communication skills (oral and written).

Work Requirements:

  • While in this role, the employee will work in a variety of environments both indoors and outdoors. Position may be exposed to extreme conditions in construction environments, including but not limited to, varied weather conditions and noise.
  • Frequent standing, walking, and repetitive motions with hands.
  • Frequent vision requirements of the position are up close, at a distance, and in color.
  • Ability to frequently lift approximately 10-25 lbs.
  • Travel up to 25%.  

Job Title: Marketing Manager                                  

Reports to CEO

FLSA Status: Exempt

Position Overview/Purpose:

The primary function will be to assist in the development and implementation of a strategic marketing plan to achieve company objectives for products and services. Conducts a market research of other competing advertising companies using statistical techniques to analyze market research data; presents the results and recommendations to internal and/or external clients; provides general statistical advice and assistance to Management. Will also work with our Web Developers to enhance/strengthen our website. Additionally, this position will plan, organize, write, update and coordinate the production of the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the company.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

  • Works with the VP of Sales for each market to develop a marketing strategy to support and grow B2B sales. 
  • Uses statistical software to research company’s advertising industry competitors.
  • Will analyze, interpret data and present findings to Management.
  • Adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions; will acts as a consultant on statistical techniques for internal and external clients.
  • Lead generation and SEO strategies.
  • Monitors competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
  • Ensures effective control of marketing results and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
  • Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials and events.
  • Assists other departments within company to prepare manuals and technical publications.
  • In coordination with Web Developers will identify ways of strengthening our website to improve our external marketing strategy.
  • Manage all details of the RFP process and workflow, including coordinating all response from the various locations to ensure appropriateness of response and conducted in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Determine priorities of responses when receiving multiple RFP’s; maintain a library of RFP documentation and update as needed.
  • Develop and maintain in Advertising Vehicles Business Center (AVBC) accurate, current databases of industry contacts for mailings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Reports to CEO

Supervision Exercised:

  • This position will manage a Digital Marketing Specialist and will be held responsible for developing the position to support continued objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 years of experience collecting, analyzing and summarizing statistical data.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment. (If applicable.)
  • Must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently or as a member of a team.
  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Must be willing to be flexible when work requires adjustment to regular schedule.
