Position Overview/Purpose:

Responsible for learning process and procedures for the Advertising Vehicles’ sales department. Will accompany Account Executives on sales calls and will learn all aspects of measuring vehicles, client interaction, entering sales orders, and other related sales process. In the first 6 months this position will focus on learning the processes and procedures of the department. After 6 months, the position will begin learning to target and qualify businesses independently.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):  

First 6 months of duties

  • Manage day-to-day activities on local sales orders.
  • Take measurements of customer vehicles `
  • Will begin learning order entry process.
  • Handle customer requests from small business clients.
  • Perform customer service and account maintenance duties as required.
  • Will work with appropriate departments to handle product quality repair.
  • Shadow assigned Account Executive’s sales and cold calls to learn the proper procedures and processes.

Second 6 months of duties

  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; research and analyze sales options.
  • Sell graphic solutions advertising by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending how mobile advertising will help promote their products or services in the most effective way possible.
  • Prepare and develop customized sales presentations by researching customer needs and translating those needs into visual presentations, testimonials, and revenue generating ideas for businesses leaders.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities; recommend profit and service improvements.
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepare promotional plans, sales literature, media kits, and sales contracts.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting, Design, Installation, Operations, and Project Management departments to ensure proper execution of deliverables and deadlines.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; review professional publications; establish personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participate in professional societies.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with complete and current account information and status.
  • Attends regular sales meetings and one-on-one sessions weekly.
  • Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as assigned.

After one year this position is converted to an Account Executive if all criteria has been met over the previous 12 months.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.

  • Ability to lift approximately 15-20 lbs.

Position Overview/Purpose:

This is a position within the National Accounts Department. The position will support the National Account Executives and will serve as the main contact for outside customers’ current or future orders. The individual will be a key part of the success of the National Sales team and will be integral in customer onboarding, customer satisfaction, and problem solving initiatives.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

  • Act as a conduit between customers and other organizational departments.
  • Become primary customer contact after initial order has been received and accepted.
  • Provide administrative support by assisting with orders, bids/quotes, data entry, signed proofs, and payment collection as required.
  • Maintain order processing databases; ensure all data is precise and accurate.
  • Active involvement with sales forecasting.
  • Maintain an excellent understanding of customers’ current and future business needs.
  • Conduct regular customer sales calls to discuss current and future business.
  • Provide regular direct customer support via email, phone, and Skype meetings.
  • Prompt response to customer requests concerning invoicing, shipping, quality, and additional orders.
  • Ensure customer retention and growth by driving customer satisfaction initiatives and maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Manage shipping and tracking numbers for customer information
  • Manage customer mailings in conjunction with National Account Executives.
  • Work to resolve quality issues and implement customer feedback into process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or outside sales experience required
  • Prior experience in accounts management preferred, but not required.

We are the preferred supplier of vehicle graphics for Coke, Lowes, Utz, Panara and the sole supplier for Anheuser Busch for all the United States. 

In addition to Advertising Vehicles we also work with many different transit authorities across the US through Adsposure. Adsposure works with local business, Advertising Agencies and National Ad agencies to help our customers advertise and grow their businesses.

The Accounting Specialist is a key position for Advertising Vehicles and Adsposure and will work closely with Sales, Graphic Design, Project Management and our Customers to complete projects across both divisions. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

  • Updates, verifies, and maintains QuickBooks and other financial records.
  • Transcribes work orders from CRM/ERP system into sales orders in QuickBooks.
  • Pays invoices by verifying transaction information, scheduling and preparing disbursements, obtaining authorization of payment.
  • Prints and obtains signatures on all accounts payable checks and distributes signed checks as required.
  • Obtains revenue by transcribing work order information; computing charges and refunds; preparing and mailing invoices; identifying delinquent accounts and insufficient payments.
  • Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; issuing stop payments, payments, or adjustments.
  • Utilizes various monthly reports to calculate and prepare commissions for all Business Units.
  • Generates and reviews Job Profitability Reports to determine GP for Advertising Vehicles and Adsposure Business Units.
  • Assists with expense reimbursement payments by reviewing submissions in ERP/CRM, verifying documentation, and allocating expenses to appropriate accounts.
  • Prepares consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the QuickBooks, GUS and from departments.
  • Analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports and verifying information.
  • Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents.
  • Provides customer service to customers, employees, management, and vendors by answering questions, resolving discrepancies, and providing formal communication.
  • Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related duties as needed or required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Associates degree in business or accounting.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in general accounting.
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office, Excel, and QuickBooks for business purposes.
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to provide a high level of customer service to clients.

Position Overview/Purpose:

Responsible growth initiatives and commercial performance of projects, programs, and other opportunities in the Transit/Media Advertising markets reporting to the CEO. In this visible leadership role, the Asset Development Manager will have direct accountability for growth objectives in in targeted and projected markets.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

  •  Develop and lead major initiatives of each project assigned.
  • Develop and lead analysis, budget, and timelines for each project.
  • Partner with CEO and the VP of Sales to evaluate current and future targets.
  • Investigate new opportunities through competitive assessment.
  • Provide an interactive/informative dialogue between Sales, Operations, and Finance to constantly evaluate the state of each market currently served and discussing barriers to success.
  • Standardize and maintain SOP’s for the asset development department.
  • Work with employees, contractors, and sub-contractors to plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with ongoing projects. ​
  • Responsible for all safety and permitting for all projects.
  • Partner with Sales to develop leads and strategies to position our RFP to win in the market.
  •  Develops and holds team accountable to the timeline required.
  • Development and implementation of an action plan for a new market or new asset with roles and duties assigned.
  • Develop and maintain database of contractors and sub-contractors pre-approved for work.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field of study.
  • Minimum of 2 years Project Management or Business Development.
  • Experience with developing contracts or procurement within the government sector highly desirable.
  • Self-starter with desire to foster a sense of urgency when addressing concerns.
  • Proven track record of delivering against goals.
  • Independent thinking is required as well as resilience, passion, and high-energy.

Work Requirements:

  • While in this role, the employee will work in a variety of environments both indoors and outdoors. Position may be exposed to extreme conditions in construction environments, including but not limited to, varied weather conditions and noise.

Position Overview/Purpose:

The primary function will be to assist in the development and implementation of a strategic marketing plan to achieve company objectives for products and services. Conducts a market research of other competing advertising companies using statistical techniques to analyze market research data; presents the results and recommendations to internal and/or external clients; provides general statistical advice and assistance to Management. As part of this effort will work with our Web Developers to enhance/strengthen our website. In addition, this position will plan, organize, write, update and coordinate the production of the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the company. Strong background in digital marketing required  

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

  • Works closely with the VP of Sales for each market to develop a marketing strategy to support and grow B2B sales. 
  • Uses statistical software to research company’s advertising industry competitors; Will analyze, interpret data, and present findings to Management; Adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions; Will acts as a consultant on statistical techniques for internal and external clients.
  • Lead generation and SEO strategies.
  • Monitors competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
  • Ensures effective control of marketing results and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
  • Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
  • Assists other departments within company to prepare manuals and technical publications.
  • In coordination with Web Developers, will identify ways of strengthening our website to strengthen our external marketing strategy.
  • Manage all details of the RFP process and workflow, including coordinating all responses from the various locations to ensure appropriateness of response, timeliness, and accuracy; Will determine priorities of responses when receiving multiple RFP’s; Maintain and update RFP documentation as needed. Develop and maintain in Advertising Vehicles Business Center (AVBC) accurately.

  • This position will manage a Digital Marketing Specialist and will be held responsible for developing the position to support continued objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 years of experience collecting, analyzing and summarizing statistical data.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment (If applicable.)
  • Must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
